EPAM, one of the leading companies on the IT market in Poland
The EPAM Krakow branch was established in 2011. Currently, from the 7,000 EPAMers in Poland, over 2,000 people work at EPAM Krakow. Operations from Building B in the modern Brain Park complex started in October, with Building C planned to open in Q1 2024.

“The new EPAM office in Krakow is a response to the expectations and needs of our teams. The multidimensional analysis we conducted allowed us to clearly define our priorities. Our goal was to create an integrating and friendly space that responds to changes in the nature of creative and teamwork. We decided that Brain Park was the place where we could pursue these goals. We are sure that the location and specificity of the complex, as well as the infrastructure available in the area, support our development needs,” says Kamil Dowlaszewicz, EPAM Poland Country Head.

Functionalities supporting employees
EPAMers from Krakow can count on many useful solutions in Brain Park. The excellent location of the new office provides quick transport connections, as well as comfortable access to many catering facilities. It offers a number of engaging amenities, including the EPAM Hub, an open space for employee integration, as well as organization of training and creative meetings. The new Krakow office also houses the redesigned EPAM Garage Lab - a special place for software engineering enthusiasts, where they can develop their interests and implement their own ideas that shape the future.

Brain Park was designed in accordance with the latest trends in sustainable construction. The facility, developed by Echo Investment, is the first office building in Krakow assessed in terms of technological advancement and digital connectivity, the highest quality of which was confirmed by the WiredScore Platinum certificate.
"We have a long-term relationship with EPAM, which was accompanied by a very ambitious development of the company's operations and team in Poland. We would like to thank our clients for their trust, and we are glad that EPAMers have already made themselves comfortable in the new office. When building the Brain Park office complex, we paid a lot of attention to creating a friendly working environment that meets the highest ESG standards in the field of energy efficiency and care for employees. We are convinced that our Krakow office building and its ergonomic space meet the needs of the best IT specialists and related industries," says Joanna Nicinska, Regional Director in the commercial projects department of Echo Investment.
